Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union Whistleblower Policy

BVSCU requires directors, employees and volunteers to observe high standards of business and personal ethics. Credit union employees and representatives must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling their responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Comments submitted in this mail box will be forwarded anonymously by e-mail to the CEO Yvonne Kershner and VP-Admin/HR Andrea Maestretti. You may provide your name if you wish to receive a response.

Reports will be kept as confidential as possible with the need to conduct an investigation of the allegations. Anyone making allegations that prove to be made maliciously, recklessly, or falsely will be viewed as a serious disciplinary offense and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

The Whistleblower Policy, in its entirety, can be found in the Board Policy Manual in the Personnel section and in the Employee Handbook.
